How to Pair a New Gardyn to Replace an Existing Gardyn on Your Account

Pairing a new Gardyn to replace an existing Gardyn on your account means the total number of Gardyns on your account will remain the same when done.

If you need to pair your first-ever Gardyn, add an additional Gardyn to your account, or pair a lid replacement, be sure to follow the correct set of instructions. If you need help at any point, check out our pairing troubleshooting tips!

  • From your home screen, begin by tapping your device's name in the top bar. From the pullover, tap "Add a Gardyn", then "I have a new Gardyn to replace my existing Gardyn" and "Next".

  • All of your original Gardyn's data and any current membership will be saved and transferred to the new, replacement Gardyn you're pairing. Tap "Continue" to get your new device up and running!
