How to View and Manage Your Orders in the Gardyn App

You can view your past orders, track shipments, and manage your subscriptions directly in the Gardyn app.

Find your orders

You can access your orders in two ways:

From the Shop tab

  1. Open the Shop tab

  2. Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right corner

  3. Select Order History

From your Profile

  1. Go to My Profile

  2. Tap the Order History banner at the top

Order History includes an itemized view of each order.
Tap any order to see items, status, and tracking details.

  1. Open Order History

  2. Tap on an order

From there, you can:

  • View the items in your order

  • Check the status

  • Access tracking information (when available)

  • Open the carrier’s tracking page (USPS, FedEx, etc.)

A quick note

For the most detailed tracking updates, open your order and use the provided carrier tracking link. Delivery updates are managed directly by the shipping carrier.

Manage Autoship (Subscribe & Save)

You can manage your subscriptions from the Autoship Settings screen.

To access Autoship Settings:

From the Shop tab

  1. Open the Shop tab

  2. Tap the menu (⋮) in the top right corner

  3. Select Autoship Settings

From your Profile

  1. Go to My Profile

  2. Tap the Autoship Settings banner

The Autoship Settings let you manage your Subscribe & Save deliveries.

From this screen, you can:

  • View your active subscriptions

  • Check upcoming shipments

  • Make updates to your Autoship settings

  2. Select Problems with order
