How to Set Up a Subscription
You can subscribe when adding Plant Food or HydroBoost to your cart.
Choose the Subscribe & Save option on the product page. If you only want to purchase once, select the one-time purchase option instead.
Select your delivery frequency. We recommend every 3 months for Plant Food and every 5 months for HydroBoost to maintain optimal performance.
Choose the quantity you want shipped each time. Quantity options are available for HydroBoost only.
The items for your first subscription order will be placed in your cart. You can add additional items before checking out. All items in this order will ship for free as part of your subscription benefit.
Complete checkout using a credit card on file.
If you do not have a card saved, you will be prompted to add one during checkout.
Subscriptions require a saved credit card for future orders, even if you are using credits for your first purchase.
For Plant Food, credits will be applied by default. If you do not have enough credits at the time of your next order, the difference will be charged to your card at a rate of $1.99 per credit.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscriptions in the Order History section of the Gardyn app. Access this section either from the bottom of the Shop tab or from the My Plants tab.
You will be able to:
View current subscription orders
Cancel your subscription at any time
See your next scheduled order date and update as needed
Select “Get it Now” to process the next order immediately. Your following shipment will be rescheduled based on your chosen frequency and the new date.
Select “Skip” to skip the upcoming order. The next shipment will be scheduled according to your original frequency.
Select “Reschedule” to choose a specific new shipment date.

FAQs
What products are available for Subscribe and Save? Plant Food and HydroBoost are currently available for subscription.
Can I subscribe to both HydroBoost and Plant Food in a single shipment? Not at this time. Each product has different recommended replenishment schedules, so subscriptions are managed separately.
What happens if I cancel after just one order? You may cancel at any time. There is no penalty. However, we hope you find the ongoing savings and convenience valuable.
What if my membership status changes between orders? Your next shipment will automatically reflect your current membership status. Pricing and credit use will adjust accordingly.
Will I receive reminders before my next subscription order? Yes. You will receive an email one week before your next shipment. The email will include details about your subscription order.
What happens if I do not have enough credits for Plant Food at the time of shipment? We will apply any credits you do have. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card at $1.99 per credit. For example, if you have 3 of the 5 required credits, we will apply the 3 credits and charge your card $3.98 for the remaining 2 credits.
Can I add other items to my first subscription order?
Yes. After selecting Subscribe & Save for Plant Food or HydroBoost, your first subscription item will be added to your cart. You can include additional items before checking out. Everything in that order will be placed and ship together for free as part of your subscription benefit.
Can I change my subscription frequency or quantity after signing up? Yes. You can adjust your delivery frequency and, for HydroBoost, the quantity at any time through your subscription management settings in the Order History section of the app.
