Subscribe & Save Term and Conditions

By enrolling in Gardyn’s Subscribe & Save program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription Program Overview

Gardyn’s Subscribe & Save allows customers to automatically receive eligible items, including Plant Food and HydroBoost, on a recurring schedule at discounted prices with free standard shipping.

2. Eligibility

Subscribe & Save is available to both Gardyn Members and non-members. Additional benefits, including higher discounts and credit usage, are available to active members, including those on a free trial.

3. Pricing and Discounts

• Subscription pricing reflects the discount available at the time of enrollment.

• Prices may change over time. Any price changes will apply to your next order and be reflected in your upcoming order notification.

• For Plant Food, Gardyn Credits will be applied automatically if available. If you do not have sufficient credits, your stored credit card will be charged at $1.99 per credit.

4. Payment and Billing

• A valid credit card must be on file to maintain your subscription.

• Your card will be charged prior to shipment of each subscription order.

• If payment fails, you will be notified to update your payment information, and your order will not ship until payment is successful.

5. Shipping

• All Subscribe & Save orders ship free via standard shipping.

• Plant Food and HydroBoost subscriptions are managed separately and may ship independently.

• Subscription shipments do not count against Gardyn Members’ monthly free shipping limits.

6. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription anytime in the Order History section of your Gardyn account. You may:

• Cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties.

• Skip upcoming orders to pause shipments temporarily.

• Reschedule your next order to a different date.

• Change delivery frequency or quantity.

Important: To guarantee changes or cancellations take effect for your next shipment, you must make them at least 24 hours before your scheduled order date. Changes made within 24 hours may not be applied until the following shipment.

7. Notifications

You will receive an email approximately one week before your next subscription order is processed. The reminder will include upcoming order details.

8. Membership Status

Your subscription pricing and benefits will automatically adjust to your current Gardyn membership status at the time each order processes.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop all future subscription orders unless you choose to create a new subscription.

10. Program Changes

Gardyn reserves the right to modify or cancel the Subscribe & Save program, including eligibility, discounts, pricing, and these terms, at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Help Center or your account notifications.

11. Order Timing and Processing

Subscription orders are typically processed and placed within 24 hours of the scheduled order date. Changes made less than 24 hours before your order date may not be applied until the next scheduled shipment. Gardyn is not responsible for delays caused by invalid payment methods or out-of-stock products.

12. Out of Stock and Substitutions

If a subscribed item is out of stock when your order is processed, Gardyn will attempt to fulfill the order as soon as the item becomes available. You will be notified of any delays. Gardyn does not substitute products in subscription orders.

13. One Time Purchase Items in Subscription Orders

Additional one time items added to your subscription order at checkout will be placed with that order but are not part of your ongoing subscription. Future shipments will include only your active subscription items.

14. Account Requirements

To participate in Subscribe & Save, you must have an active Gardyn account and a valid payment method on file. If your account is deactivated or payment method removed, future subscription orders may be canceled or delayed until resolved.

15. Misuse and Abuse

Gardyn reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or revoke discounts if the program is being misused or abused, including excessive cancellations after a single order or violating these terms.
