What is my Thryve Journey, and how do I use it?

Your Thryve Journey helps you grow with confidence. It takes the guesswork out of plant care by showing you how your daily routines are supporting your Gardyn—and what to focus on next.
Instead of wondering if you're doing the right things, you'll get clear, helpful guidance every step of the way. As your routines settle into place, your plants will thrive right along with them.
Your progress is reflected through five Journey levels:

• Needs a Boost

• Catching Its Stride

• Feeling Good

• Loving the Care

• Your Gardyn’s Happiest

Each level shows how your care is helping your Gardyn thrive. When your Journey is ready, Kelby will let you know. You can view it on your home screen, and you can explore more in the Insights tab.

The Thryve Journey celebrates the care you’ve given your Gardyn over time and offers clear direction on what to do next, focusing on simple, everyday actions that make a big difference. These include:

• Topping off your tank

• Trimming and pruning

• Following an optimized lighting and watering schedule

• Refreshing your tank

• And other care routines that support healthy growth

Whether you’re just getting started or have recently updated your SOW date, it may take a couple of weeks for your Thryve Journey to appear or recalculate. After that, it updates daily based on your most recent care routines.

The Insights tab is your go-to space for support. It shows you:

• What’s going well

• Where there’s room to improve

• Simple, step-by-step tips from Kelby to help you move forward

You’ll see each care factor listed, with a quick explanation of how it affects your Gardyn. Tap on any one—like “Tank Top-Offs”—to get details, learn best practices, and access helpful resources.

Gardyn is designed to make growing feel easy, joyful, and connected to healthy food, always within reach.
The Thryve Journey helps you get there, one care routine at a time. With gentle guidance and a bit of consistency, you’ll start to see stronger growth, better harvests, and more confidence in how you care for your Gardyn.
