What Is the Thryve Journey?
Your Thryve Journey helps you grow with confidence. It takes the guesswork out of plant care by showing you how your daily routines are supporting your Gardyn and what to focus on next.
Instead of wondering if you’re doing the right things, you’ll get clear, helpful guidance every step of the journey. As your routines settle into place, your plants will thrive right along with you.
Your progress is reflected through five Journey levels:
Needs a Boost
Catching Its Stride
Feeling Good
Loving the Care
Your Gardyn’s Happiest
Each level shows how your care is helping your Gardyn thrive. When your Journey is ready, Kelby will let you know, and your Thryve Score will appear on a card on your Home screen. To explore more, open Insights in any of three ways:
Tap the Thryve Score card on your Home screen.
Tap Insights in My Profile.
Tap Open Thryve Score in Device Settings.
Don’t see your Thryve Journey yet?
It can take a couple of weeks to appear after you first get started or update your SOW Date. After that, it updates daily based on your most recent care.
If your Journey is ready but the card isn’t on your Home screen, make sure Show Thryve Score is turned on in Device Settings.
Using Insights to Guide Your Care
The Insights tab is your go-to space for support. It shows you:
What’s going well
Where there’s room to improve
Simple, step-by-step tips from Kelby to help you move forward
You’ll see each care factor listed, with a quick explanation of how it affects your Gardyn. Care factors include:
Topping off your tank
Trimming and pruning
Following an optimized lighting and watering schedule
Refreshing your tank
Other care routines that support healthy growth
Tap any factor, like “Tank Top-Offs,” to get details, learn best practices, and access helpful resources.
