How to turn on notifications from the Gardyn App

To ensure you receive push notifications and messages from Kelby, and badges from your Gardyn App, you need to enable notifications from the Gardyn App on your mobile device.

The exact words and screens you'll see on an Apple/iOS device may vary slightly from Android, but the basic experience is similar:

On your mobile device, go to settings (not the settings inside your Gardyn App). Find where it says "Notifications", then scroll through your list of applications until you see the Gardyn App. You should then see an option or toggle to "Allow notifications" from the Gardyn App. Make sure this is toggled on/checked/selected. You will also see options to allow sounds and badges from the app so you can hear and see when you get a notification on your lock or home screen, similar to other apps.
