Managing your payment method in the app
You can change your shipping or billing address in the app any time with these instructions.
To change your payment method in the app, go to your profile by tapping the person icon in the upper left corner of your app's home screen. Tap where it says "Credit Card" to see the information you have on file and make any changes if needed.

If you prefer a phone call, you can set up an appointment for a scheduled phone call through our calendar here. There are limited daily appointments available to ensure you have all the time needed to address all your questions.
In the app, you will also find a button to email us in the Help Center's Support Hub when you tap "Get guided help", as well as in any screen while exploring the guided help on your selected topic.
