How to Get Guided Help in the App's Support Hub for Self-Servicing your Questions
What is guided help, and why should I use it?
Guided help in the app's Support Hub is your first stop for getting the answers you need and help with troubleshooting on a variety of topics. You answer a few questions so we can direct you to tailored answers, resources, or next steps as quickly as possible. We're always adding more topics!
You'll be able to solve most of your questions in a matter of minutes. If for any reason you're still experiencing issues, or if you'd like more help from our (very human) Customer Support team, every guided help experience records your answers and sends them to our team so they know the steps you've already completed. Where to Find Guided Help and the Support Hub in the App
Find it by tapping the Help icon on the bottom navigation bar, then scrolling until you see "Get guided help" under the Support Hub.
