What is the Self-Service Hub? Why should I use it?

The Self-Service Hub in the app is your first stop for troubleshooting a variety of topics (and we're always adding more!).

We've integrated your most common questions into quick, easy-to-understand flows that will ask you simple questions and provide tailored troubleshooting steps based on your responses.

You'll be able to solve most of your questions in a matter of minutes. If for any reason you're still experiencing issues, or if you'd like more help from our Customer Support team, the Self-Service Hub also records your answers and sends them to our team so they know the steps you've already completed. This saves everyone time so we can help you get back to growing worry-free as fast as possible.

Where to find the Self-Service Hub

Find it by tapping the Help icon on the bottom navigation bar, then scrolling until you see Self-Service Hub under Troubleshooting.
