How to Watch, Edit, and Share a Time-Lapse Video of Your Plants in the App

Kelby will notify all Gardyners when their first time-lapse video is ready to watch in the app's Journal, typically around the first 2-3 months of your Gardyning journey. Your time-lapse shows your plants' early growth from each camera's perspective.

Your time-lapse videos are located in your Journal, which you can access from the navigation bar at the bottom of your home screen.

• If you don’t have a time-lapse yet, your Journal will appear blank.

• If your Gardyn has a membership, you can create new time-lapse videos anytime by tapping the green + button in the bottom-right corner of your Journal.

• When you have time-lapses saved, they’ll appear in chronological order.

Kelby creates one time-lapse video from each camera's perspective for all Gardyners early in your growing journey. Kelby will notify you when they're ready to watch, typically around months 2-4 of your Gardyning experience.

You can personalize your time-lapse before sharing it.

1. Tap the pencil icon next to the time-lapse you’d like to edit.

2. You may see a pop-up while your time-lapse loads. Tap the green button to begin processing.

3. Within about 2 minutes (or less), Kelby will send you a message when your time-lapse is ready. Tap the message to open your video.

From the editing screen, you can:

• Trim the date range included in your video

• Adjust the playback speed

• Edit the caption

Be sure to save your changes when you’re done.

When you’re ready to share:

1. Tap the Share icon.

2. A shareable link will be generated instantly.

Your link automatically includes your referral code, making it easy to share your Gardyn journey with friends and family.
