How to Watch, Edit, & Share a Time-Lapse Video of Your Plants in the App

Kelby will notify all Gardyners when their first time-lapse video is ready to watch in the app's Journal, typically around the first 2-3 months of your Gardyning journey. Your time-lapse shows your plants' early growth from each camera's perspective.

Your time-lapse videos are located in your Journal, which you can access from the navigation bar at the bottom of your home screen.

• If you don’t have a time-lapse yet, your Journal will appear blank.

• If your Gardyn has an active membership, you can create new time-lapse videos by tapping the green + button in the bottom-right corner of your Journal.

• When you have time-lapses saved, they’ll appear in chronological order.

Kelby creates one time-lapse video from each camera's perspective for all Gardyners early in your growing journey. Kelby will notify you when they're ready to watch, typically around months 2-3 of your Gardyning experience.

1. In the Journal, tap New Entry to open the time-lapse editor.

2. Trim the date range and adjust the playback speed. On Gardyn Home, you can choose the upper or lower camera.

3. Tap Save, then add a caption (up to 240 characters) and tap Save Timelapse.

Tap the pencil icon next to a time-lapse to edit its caption, then tap Save Timelapse. To remove it, tap Delete Timelapse.

1. Tap the Share icon next to the time-lapse.

2. A link is created right away and your phone’s share options open, so you can send it by text, email or social media. The link opens a web page where anyone can watch your video, and it includes your referral code.
