How to Switch Device Profiles in the App (for Multi-Device Users)

If you have more than one Gardyn, each one has its own profile in the app. You can switch between them anytime from your Home screen.

1. Tap your Gardyn’s name at the top of the Home screen.

2. In the My Gardyn Devices panel, the profile you’re viewing is outlined in green. Tap the Gardyn you’d like to switch to.

3. Swipe the panel down. Your Home screen now shows the Gardyn you selected.

Not sure which Gardyn is which? The 4 characters next to each nickname match the unique code inside each Gardyn’s watering compartment.

Each Gardyn has its own Kelby. The tasks and messages you see belong to the profile you’re viewing, so switch profiles to check on another Gardyn.

Membership works the same way: each one applies to a single Gardyn. If one of your Gardyns has an active membership and another doesn’t, Kelby will offer different features for each.
