How to Easily Gain Access to the Underside of Your Gardyn's Lid

The guide is intended for troubleshooting a watering issue. It should be followed only if directed from the troubleshooting watering issues article or by a Customer Support Agent.

First, remove the top half of your Gardyn to access the underside of the lid. The task can be done alone, but we recommend watching the video first to help you decide if a second person would make it easier.

When troubleshooting watering issues, now is the best time to take the required photos of the irrigation connections before moving onto the next steps.
