Ask Kelby Anything in the App for Live, Personalized Responses
Our newest Beta feature in the app is called Ask Kelby. This feature is designed to help members save time and effort by chatting with Kelby directly, any time. Kelby will respond with instant, customized answers to all of your Gardyn-related questions.
You can access Ask Kelby from your Kelby notifications screen - just follow the dark green banner at the top.
What does Beta mean?
As a Beta feature, Ask Kelby is still in development. Your feedback truly matters, and it helps us, and Kelby, improve! You'll see a pair of thumbs up/down beneath Kelby's replies. Tap on them to let us know what you thought of the response and submit your feedback. We will be working hard to continuously improve this feature and give you the best experience possible.
How does Ask Kelby work?
Ask Kelby harnesses your Gardyn's data plus our extensive resources to help answer your questions accurately and in detail. Not all of Kelby's knowledge is linked to Ask Kelby yet, however, so please submit your feedback if you ask something Kelby can't answer and rest assured, we're working on it!
Kelby formulates answers using generative artificial intelligence (AI), so message accuracy may vary. Your privacy is important to us, so never share personal or sensitive information with Kelby. Data is shared with Gardyn and its vendors. You can read our full privacy policy here.
How Kelby can help you
Try asking for help on a specific topic, like what your Gardyn’s current needs are, or how to do something. We’ve provided sample prompts in the chat window to try it out. For example, try asking, “When should I add plant food?”
